The savings rates and savings yields are tiered so the more you have to deposit that higher the interest rate you'll receive. For deposits of $750,000 and above the current annual percentage yield (APY) is 1.26 percent.

Money market savings account balances of $100,000 to $749,999 receive an APY of 1.01 percent. Savings account balances of $50,00 to $99,999 receive an APY of .75 percent and balances of $25,000 to $49,999 receive an APY of .50 percent.

The minimum opening money market savings account balance is $25,000. There also might be services charges if your account balance falls below $25,000. Interest is compounded daily and credited to the account.
